Happy 40th Birthday to the Big Boss Andrew!

Our brilliant clinic Director & Chiropractor, Andrew, turned 40 on 21st October, so of course we celebrated with a surprise lunch and lots of presents!


Andrew, we hope you had a fantastic day filled with joy and laughter. Thank you for all that you do for us; your leadership, dedication, and kindness make our workplace truly special. We wouldn't be the same without you! And about that photo—please forgive us, it was just too good to pass up!

Avoid the Flu Blues!

We are surrounded by posters, adverts, and GP’s all reporting that we should be having the ‘Flu Jab’.Prevention of disease and illness is the key to staying fit and healthy for life. To prevent contracting flu, you require a strong healthy immune system. The immune system defends the body against diseases and other harmful invaders, including bacteria and the flu virus.The body’s ability to resist these invaders is called immunity.

To build your immune system, follow these steps:

  • Drink 2L of water per day

  • Eat at least 7 servings of fresh fruit and vegetables per day.

  • Take 2-3g of Vitamin C per day (purchase at reception)

  • Include fresh fish or a fish oil supplement in your diet.

  • Aim for 8 hours of sleep per day.

  • Reduce your stress levels

  • Expose yourself to fresh air every day by walking, gardening, cycling etc.

  • Have fun and be happy!


Welcome Kristina!

We are thrilled to announce we have a fantastic Chiropractor who has joined us every Saturday.Kristina graduated from the University of Teesside with a Master's degree in Chiropractic. She initially qualified with a diploma in Physiotherapy, during which she managed various musculoskeletal conditions. Additionally, Kristina gained experience working in spas during the summer months. Born in Albania and raised in Greece, she has always had a passion for the health sector.In 2020, Kristina made the decision to enhance her skills and expertise by pursuing a career as a chiropractor, a goal she began to realize through her practice as a physiotherapist. From a young age, she aspired to be directly involved in patient care and to contribute meaningfully to their health journeys.Kristina is working every Saturday 7:20am - 1:20pm.
