It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Julie Whittaker, Practice Manager and Co-Owner of Wellness Centre Newcastle. On Monday 27th May, she sadly died after a long but bravely fought battle with cancer. She passed peacefully with her family at her side.It is safe to say that she is a massive loss to all who knew her, and she will be sorely missed. She was a beloved mother, wife, grandma, daughter, sister, auntie, friend and colleague. She had a fantastic personality and loved all of the patients and friends that she met through the practice and outside of work.Her funeral will be held on Friday 14th June at 11:00am at All Saints Church, Lobley Hill. There will follow a committal at Saltwell Crematorium, then afterwards there will be a celebration of her life at The Northumbrian Suite (Federation Brewery, near MetroCentre) throughout the afternoon. We request family flowers only, however donations will be collected for FACT (Fighting All Cancers Together) and Cancer Research UK.We welcome anyone who knew Julie, to help us celebrate the wonderful life she has led and the amazing legacy she leaves behind.Thank you, Andrew, Elyse and family
